Bon Accord Bar & Bistro

Season Opening Wednesday 21 October (Labour Weekend)

Then Thursday to Monday weekly until mid December.

Come along Sunday 25th October to enjoy local band ‘Latakana’ on the deck - 2 until 6pm.

Your hosts Robyn and David and team are looking forward to hosting you!!

KBC and Covid…..whilst the club was fully closed down from March 25 we reopened for the last two weekends of the season under Level 2.  This was the best decision ever…..lovely to be there for our wonderful loyal club members, customers…and some new faces!

The first weekend was the first time operating with the new full restrictions - weather being a tease for us trying to fit in as many as possible inside out of the cold whilst keeping the social distancing in place and groups of up to 10 seated.  We couldn’t actually fit up to 100 inside so did our best.

The limited menu was served in takeaway boxes and the fish and chips couldn’t have been fresher thanks to beautiful fresh snapper from Lee Fish!  Homemade winter soup, curry and pizzas completed the menu and the comments were very complimentary!

The new set up worked well and we would like to thank everyone for co-operating and coming along both weekends in what was not the best of weather!!

Please note that the Squadron moorings are not managed by KBC during the closed season - seems to be a help yourself scenario but please be aware of private moorings in the bay and do not pick these up without permission as they are owned by the residents.  Also note that the phone at the club is not manned during the closed season.

T-Shirts - we had so many people wanting to purchase the distinctive KBC t-shirts over summer and our apologies if we didn’t have your size.  The good news is we finally had a delivery pre lock down of all the sizes of our existing shirts PLUS mens short sleeve navy polos with embroidered logo (including "New Zealand”) and also the much sought after mens long sleeve grey polo with embroidered logo (including “New Zealand”).  These can be ordered online along with the caps, burgees, dry bags, gift vouchers and the full range of t’s.  Please flick over to the merchandise page to place your order.

Merchandise orders will be fulfilled as soon as possible.

As of Oct 2019 no tobacco products will be sold at the Bon Accord Bar & Bistro (and smoking only permitted on the concrete/laundry end of club due to fuelling regulations).
