NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The 2026 Annual General Meeting of the Kawau Boating Club (KBC) Incorporated will be held at the KBC Clubhouse at Kawau on Sunday 25 October at 9 am

1. Welcome
2. Apologies
3. Confirmation of Minutes of 2025 Annual General Meeting (attached) and matters arising from the Minutes
4. Presentation of Chair and Club Captain's Reports for 2026 Season
5. Presentation of Treasurers report and financial reports for the 2025/2026 Season
6. Motions to be considered
7. New Bistro Operator
8. Election of Officers for 2026/2027 season (Note Nominations for the Committee can only be made from the floor at the AGM if insufficient valid nominations have already been received)
The AGM will elect a Chairperson, Club Captain, Secretary , Treasurer and no fewer than 3 nor more than 5 other committee members. Please lodge any nominations with the Secretary Tom Coote prior to 18 October 2026. Please obtain and forward the written consent of your nominee and written confirmation from them that they are not disqualified from acting under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022 or the Constitution. Nominations can be emailed to info@kawauboatingclub.nz.
